Meet The Dean Team

     We are designers, client reps, web experts, media specialists, bookkeepers, copywriters, and technicians. All of us work well together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and mutual support.
     Every member of the Dean Team is a professional. We manage our own time, and follow projects through on our own initiative.We have various and complementary strengths and specialties.
     One key to our success is the practice of critiquing. As creative people, we find it difficult, by nature, to expose our work to other professionals for criticism. But it is essential because it leads to the best possible result for our clients. Our critiques help each of us to learn, grow and improve. (They also help keep egos in place.)
