     Charles Stickler's firm, a leader in the field of recruiting professionals within the metals industry, was hesitating to take their firm's marketing to the next level with a more effective web site and logo.
     Business was going well enough for them, and the founder was skeptical about exactly how a web site might be helpful to the firm he'd worked so hard to build over the years. But his son was enthusiastic about the idea.
     Working closely with both principals, we built a site for them designed to address the needs of the firm's clients, who are industry employers.
     The site enables job candidates to apply on-line, with the applications able to be imported directly into the firm's extensive industry database. We then worked hard to position the site very competitively in search engine results.
     The once web-wary founder (who nonetheless was the dominant contributor to the site's contents) is impressed with the results. It has become an invaluable time-saving selling tool for him. With a website that has exceeded expectations, the founder, too, like his son, is now a believer.
